If you believe the majority of groundhogs in North America we're still six weeks away from spring, but pothole season, it seems, is already here!

Castaneters have been sharing pictures of their favourite potholes from around the region.

This one was sent to us by a concerned Kelowna reader who says the pothole on Bernard, near Cherry Crescent across from the Apple Bowl, actually cut his tire! He also says he saw the pothole take a slice out of another vehicle as well.

"Just want to warn people. We called the city to report it and hope something will be done about it soon."

He sent the same photo to the city but with all the freezing and thawing we've had this winter, it's going to be tough to stay on top of all the holes opening up.
