Police look for GoPro owner

Kelowna RCMP are hoping to reconnect a GoPro camera with its rightful owner, after it was recovered from the scene of a break and enter in September.

The camera was found by police while investigating the B&E at a commercial business near the border of Kelowna and Lake Country.

“Investigators have since exhausted all efforts to identify the rightful owner of what police believe to likely be a stolen GoPro camera,” said Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey. “We now hope that the media and general public can assist us in identifying the man and woman depicted in many of the device's photographs and who police believe the property belongs to.”

Anyone who recognizes the people in the photographs is asked to call Const. Emily Tousignant at 250-762-3300.
