Penticton’s Parkers Chrysler is announcing a new fundraising drive to support the local Legion’s annual poppy campaign.

Between Nov. 6 and 17, the dealership will donate $100 from every vehicle sold and $10 from every oil change to the Legion’s poppy fund.

“All money stays within the community, which is very important to us” said Jim Tabler, General Manager of Parkers. “We are inspired by how many local community foundations and programs are supported by the Poppy Trust Fund, including our hospital, Cadet programs, Boy Scouts, the Crisis Centre, SOWINS and many more”

Parkers Chrysler raised thousands of dollars for Pathways Addiction Resource Centre and Discovery House with similar fundraisers earlier this year.
