Kelowna's Dolphins statue got a wind whipping, Tuesday, and everything around it got drenched.

Castanet viewer Eric Stansfield captured strong gusts blowing the fountain's streams, somewhat appropriately, all the way to Water Street. 

Environment Canada says Kelowna could see winds gusting to 70km/h again this afternoon.
