The Downtown Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market has been a hit.

So much so, organizers are extending its hours.

The Bernard Avenue market is extending its hours for the duration of the summer. It will now run 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, until Sept. 9.

The market features about 30 vendors each week and serves as an addition to the market held every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the corner of Dilworth Drive and Springfield Road.
