Okanagan Dream Rally is back to make wishes come true for the second year in a row.

Children from the Central Okanagan Hospice Association will each have their very own rally car and driver for the day on Aug. 6.

“Life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, let’s show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile,” said Matt August, co-founder August Family Foundation.

Drivers are partnered with a youngster to take them for a spin.

“We are only on the earth a short time, help give a thousand smiles to a child that needs it.”

Last year, the August Family Foundation raised $134,000 and this year hope to make the drive even better.
