Usage

Some blends are designed to be applied on spot or vita flex points or taken internally. Most are applied to the soles of the feet for fastest absorption. Essential oils will reach every cell in the body within 21 minutes. However, the positive effects are felt much sooner. Applying Healing Hollow blends on your feet can help to address issues from the inside out. All directions for using our products are on the labels. Remedy roll-on blends are not intended for ingestion due to the combination of different oils and their internal safety. Some essentials oils can be toxic.
