"British Columbia is an extraordinary place to live. The growth in the wine-industry is a testament to the shared passion and vision of all of those engaging personalities who have invested their dreams here. I never tire of touring all the regions. The genuine friendliness of everyone involved, from the owners, to the winemakers, the viticulturists, the innkeepers, and the staff in the wineshops; it's always a pleasure to partake in the experience and have the unique opportunity to share it with others."

Long ago Richard fell in love with the passion of the people who define the award winning wines of the Okanagan and the beauty of the region. He is thrilled to expand the focus from one region to all the wineries in the province of British Columbia."
"After living in San Francisco for several years and spending weekends touring both the Napa and Sonoma Valleys, it's marvelous to return to my home province and discover how unique our wine regions are in comparison to California. I truly enjoy meeting the many personalities who embrace every aspect of the wine industry. There are so many incredible places that are strongly supported by the local communities who generously share their beautiful surroundings with a wide range of visitors from the wine curious to the connoisseur."
