Kamloops RCMP detachment
An officer doing a regular patrol along the back alley behind the Rock'n Firkin Pub was attacked Saturday night.
RCMP say the officer had stopped a vehicle and was in the process
RCMP Cst. Kris Clark talks about two suspects wanted for armed robberies in Kelowna and West Kelowna.
Police are investigating a series of recent robberies in the Central Okanagan and are looking to the public for help in identifying the suspects.

Hwy. 3A will be closed until Saturday, Feb. 22.
A rock slide has blocked 3A, between Castlegar and Creston.
The highway is blocked in both directions 31 km. north of the junction with Highway 3.
Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Todd Stone today issued the following statement on extreme conditions on the Coquihalla Highway: "Today, the Coquihalla Highway remains closed between Hope and Merritt because
Sicamous (before the closed portion of Hwy. 1) - Hwy. 1, east of Sicamous at Cambie/Solsqua Roads, looking west. (elevation: 370 metres)

Hwy.1 has been reopened from Craigellachie to Revelstoke.
Larson Hill on the Coquihalla
Update 1:50 p.m.
DriveBC is reporting that the Coquihalla is open. All lanes both north and southbound have been reopened to traffic following accidents on Tuesday morning.
