Ingredients:

  • 5 pork chops
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1\2 cup brown sugar
  • 3\4 cup water
  • 1 onion, diced

Preparation:

Lightly brown pork chops in a frying pan. Put all ingredients and pork chops into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker and place in a large bowl. Using two forks, pull meat apart. Once all meat is pulled apart place back into slow cooker, leave on keep warm for 30 minutes or until dinner. Serve on toasted buns.

Story:

This recipe can be converted to use chicken or beef as well. Use boneless, skinless chicken only or else the pulling part is extremely hard. For beef, you can use a whole roast, but it is suggested that you cut it into steak size pieces. ENJOY!
