On Friday, August 7th 2020 Wilden announced the launch of the third and final Phase of Lost Creek Point Townhomes. The quiet strata community embedded in Wilden’s hillside features 36 semi-detached as well as two stand alone homes. Built by Wilden Construction Corp the homes surpass current energy efficiency standards, saving monthly costs and minimizing carbon emissions. Also the location itself saves energy: it's just a ten-minute drive to downtown Kelowna and fifteen minutes to the airport and UBCO. With the release of Phase 3 a total of 22 units will be move-in ready; eight Chelan homes, the largest floor plan available, and fourteen homes in the popular Staccato floor plan.
The Chelan units feature maintenance-free townhome living with over 3,500 sq. ft and two oversize patios - some facing Okanagan Lake and others offering a sunny Western exposure as well as valley, city and mountain views. Chelan units start at $929,900. Head of Sales Brent Couves shares that there has been lots of interest in these luxurious homes and that almost 50% of phase 3 sold right away.
The highly desired 2,700 sq. ft Staccato homes feature open concept main floor living plus a generous walkout basement. The higher situated Staccato units offer valley views, while others

have a more private Western exposure. Prices start at $724,900 and two stand-alone units are also available.
All homes are Energy Star certified and built to BC step code 4, which is only one step away from net zero standards. The homes are up to 50% more energy efficient and emit 65% less carbon than the average new home in BC.
In close cooperation with FortisBC Wilden is leading the way to carbon-neutral residential living by building homes that optimize energy efficiency and use renewable energy sources. FortisBC and Wilden will sign up all Lost Creek Point residents for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) for a full year at no additional cost. Farms, landfills and other local suppliers capture methane from decomposing organic waste and purify it to make RNG, a carbon-neutral and climate friendly gas.
Construction in Lost Creek Point will wrap up in later September and all residents will be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the setting.
