Kelowna, BC (December 30th, 2019)- Local Kelowna spin studio, B Indoor Cycle & Strength Studio, in the lower mission launches an indoor cycle training program designed for avid outdoor cyclists – BCycle Training. The 8 week program is ran by Robin Wallouch, an avid road rider and experienced indoor cycling instructor.

“This specialized 8 week training program is designed to find your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) which is commonly defined as the highest average power you can sustain for one hour, measured in watts, “explains the studio owner, Britney B, “FTP will be used to determine your training zones for all sessions going forward and will allow you to measure your improvements over the course of the 8 week program.”

This unique program will be running Wednesdays at 5:00PM on the following dates:
January 8, 15, 22,29
February 5, 19, 26 and March 4

Wallouch will work closely with each attendee and their personal FTP each class; unlike traditional “spin classes” Wallouch will not be on a bike, but instead working with each participant individually to ensure they are progressing properly. This type of training is designed to develop strong cycling in specific zones, improve endurance, improve technique and allow each rider an opportunity to improve their overall cycling performance, whether they take that with them on the road, or into their next spin class.
