KELOWNA’S BUSINESS COMMUNITY CAN HELP THE KELOWNA WOMEN’S SHELTER

Are you in need of a great business portrait? If so, now’s your chance and doing so will help the community!

With the change of the seasons, September is a great time to update your business portraits! Aviva Studios is hosting a “Aviva Project September Headshot Marathon”, in support of the Kelowna Women’s Shelter. The event will be held September 26, 2019 and 25% of each session fee will go to support this local charity.

All participants will receive a 20 minute studio portrait session with Aviva Studios which includes a digital photo that can be used for print or web for only $99 (reg $249). “I’m really excited about supporting the Kelowna Women’s Shelter for this Aviva Project event” says Liz Tremblay, owner and photographer of Aviva Studios. “There are a lot of people in need of a great business portrait so this is a way for me to provide the business community with an opportunity to support a local charity.”

The Aviva Project is a program developed by Aviva Studios as a way to give back to the community. “Over the past 7 years, I have been fortunate to raise over $60,000 through various fundraising photography events and I am eager to do more,” Tremblay continues. “Since 1980, the Kelowna Women's Shelter has provided a wide range of support services to women and children who have been impacted by abuse. This is a worthy cause and I want to do my part by using photography to shine a spotlight on the great work this women’s shelter is doing in Kelowna.”
