Gratify, a local health-conscious snack and dessert company, opens storefront in Penticton.

Apr 11, 2019

Penticton, BC – Young entrepreneurs Connie and Ryan Oickle are set to open nutritious sweets store at 469 Main Street on Saturday, April 13, 2019.

Though Gratify has been generating a grassroots following since late 2017, the new storefront offers the community a chance to stop by for individual servings of their increasingly famous cashew cheesecake, brownies, granola bars, and more.

The couple shares a goal of making nutritious snacks and desserts readily available, with zero compromise in flavour or texture. All of Gratify’s products are naturally free of gluten, dairy (making them 100% plant-based), and refined sugars.

“We realise how difficult it is for busy people to be health-conscious in today’s world,” said lifelong Pentictonite Connie Oickle. “We’re expecting our first child in June, and believe that everyone deserves the chance to indulge better without the added chemicals and laboratory-made ingredients found in most grocery store dessert aisles.”

Gratify has ready-made products such as whole vegan cheesecakes, or you can place custom orders online or by phone. Their dessert case will always be stocked with single-serving options for those busy days.
