A week after opening the St.Paul Presentation Centre, the development is now 50% sold. Located at 1215 St.Paul Street in the heart of Kelowna’s Downtown Cultural District, St.Paul is an attractive collection of 50 condos and 4 urban townhomes, affordably priced from the mid-$200s. The interior design elements for the project were conceptualized by Materia Design Studio who curated 3 designer colour palettes for clients to choose from: the Blanc, Laurel, and Knox, the latter inspired by the iconic Laurel Packinghouse and popular Knox Mountain. Designer Maria Carreon commented, “We created three colour schemes to appeal to every purchaser. We hand selected designer finishes to create Laurel & Knox, a choice of light or dark colour schemes. Blanc is a minimalist colour scheme that creates simplicity without compromising quality.”

Throughout the course of the development planning process, Innocept Development was careful to maximize the use of available space for each home, to include convenient building amenities such as on floor and parkade level storage facilities, and design elements and upgrade options that result in homeowners feeling confident they are receiving exceptional value for their investment.
