Innocept Plans a Second Downtown Kelowna Development | Success of The Stockwell Downtown paves the way for St.Paul
Kelowna, BC. March 23, 2018. Over the past 27 years, Innocept Development has completed an impressive array of commercial and residential projects. With offices based out of Calgary and Kelowna, Innocept has strong development roots in the Calgary area, boasting major portfolio highlights such as the WestJet Facilities in Calgary, Edmonton, Hamilton and Toronto, along with the $150M Le Germain Office, Hotel and Residences. More recently, Innocept embarked on their first Kelowna-based project with the launch of The Stockwell, a 32-condo development in the downtown core that sold out pre-construction and welcomed residents upon completion in December 2017.

With the notable success of the Stockwell, and continued demand for similar product, the team at Innocept, along with real estate sales and marketing agency Fortune Marketing, is currently planning a follow-up development, aptly named St.Paul for the street it will be located on and the history of this district. Located on the corner of St. Paul and Clement, the project will feature 50 condos and 4 urban townhomes, with condo prices starting from the mid $200’s. Affordably priced and well designed with a selection of floor plans, designer colour palettes, and custom upgrade options to choose from, St. Paul has been planned around market demand from key groups including young professionals, first-time home-buyers, later-stage downsizers, investors, and vacation or secondary property seekers.

In the heart of the cultural district, St. Paul is conveniently located within walking distance of hundreds of shops, services, restaurants, entertainment venues, recreation spots and Lake Okanagan. St. Paul has a City of Kelowna walking score of 92 underscoring the prime location of this development. As downtown continues to grow and revitalize, taking up residence in the core is increasingly appealing not just to those who work in the urban centre but to those attracted to the expanding art, culture, and business scene, access to year-round events, and the ability to forgo their vehicle in favor of walking or biking.

Innocept Project Manager Justin Pasutto, who also stars on the W Network reality show Jillian and Justin with his fiancé Jillian Harris, managed construction for The Stockwell project and will now oversee site plans for the new development. Remarking on St.Paul, Pasutto shared, “We are very fortunate to have another opportunity to be able to provide quality, contemporary living spaces in Downtown Kelowna that are affordable and very much in demand.”
