It was late 1996 when Quality Greens Farm Markets opened a new store in Penticton. Based on the success of the first store in Kelowna, we knew Penticton would be a great community for the store concept. For 20 years, Quality Greens has been offering residents and visitors of Penticton a full selection of produce, dairy, deli, and grocery products from local Okanagan and imported suppliers.

We owe our success and longevity to our loyal customers and our amazing Quality Greens team who pride themselves on providing excellent customer service. To thank our community, we will be offering free cake to all customers on Saturday November 26th . We invite members of the media to join us for the cake cutting at 11:30.

Quality Green is wholly owned and operated in the Okanagan. Quality Greens opened the first store in Kelowna in 1995 with a store in Penticton in 1996, Vernon in 1997, West Kelowna in 2000 and Kelowna Lakeshore in October 2016. All stores are owned by Chris Holmes and Lisa Taylor of Kelowna. Quality Greens Farm Markets also owns Okanagan Quality Wholesale, a produce wholesaler servicing the foodservice industry. Combined, Quality Greens employs over 140 people in the Okanagan Valley.
