The Revival Group team continues to grow and change as we develop new restaurant and food concepts throughout the province.

Currently operating The Italian Table and Fleetwood Public House next to the Best Western Kelowna Hotel along with 27 and Pilgrim and Pearl as part of the Prestige Resorts Hotel and Salted Brick in downtown Kelowna, we search for the best talent in the kitchen, behind the bar and in the front of the house for each of the properties.

The Revival Group is thrilled to officially welcome professional sommelier Derek Morrison to the team as General Manager/Wine Director. Returning to Canada from London, UK, Morrison curates the wine and sparkling program at Pilgrim & Pearl as well as the wine lists throughout The Revival Group's restaurant and lounge portfolio. His work can currently be enjoyed at Pilgrim & Pearl, where Morrison created the first Grower Champagne list in BC for our opening.

Morrison previously spearheaded the wines at Hedonism Wines, Europe's largest wine boutique, containing the most extensive collection of wine and spirits. Hedonism is a fine wine and spirits boutique which has become the most talked about wine project of recent times, receiving the Decanter London Wine Merchant of the Year award for 2013. Beginning this week, he will be sharing his experience behind the bar with our Okanagan Valley guests.

At this time, we wish our Director of Operations, Gerry Jobe the best of luck as he moves forward with future projects. We are grateful for his contributions in developing the drink programs at our current locations and for his enthusiasm for the local cocktail movement. Gerry's innovative and creative energy was inspiring for our growing team.

The Revival Group remains on a development and expansion plan with Twisted Tomato - Modern Italian opening in Kelowna later this summer, Cast Iron opening in Smithers, BC in the fall and a new concept, Bread & Butter opening in downtown Kelowna in the next few months.
