Kane’s Harley-Davidson® in Kelowna welcomed visitors from Taiwan’s H.O.G.® Group
With a rumble and a roar a group of about 20 Taiwanese men and women rode into Kane’s Harley-Davidson® yesterday afternoon as part of their tour around British Columbia this summer. The group shipped their bikes all the way from Taiwan to Vancouver to enjoy the beautiful scenic roads on their own Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. Kane’s Harley-Davidson® staff enjoyed the opportunity to mingle with the overseas visitors and share with them all that Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley has to offer them on their journey.
The group was pleased to enjoy the facility at Kane’s Harley-Davidson® as a rest stop, for last minute service repairs, and to pick up some Canadian Harley souvenirs along the way. They were even able to enjoy a couple of wheelies performed by Kane’s Harley-Davidson® owner, Blair Kane, in the parking lot, as they suited up to head out for their next destination.
The group is part of H.O.G.® (Harley Owners Group) a community of people who share a passion for Harley-Davidson® motorcycles who come together with a common interest to enjoy the ride. With opportunities to meet with friends and support local causes along the way, the men and women of H.O.G.® all have one thing in common – they all love to ride.
Currently, there are more than 1,400 official H.O.G.® chapters around the world, with each chapter sponsored by an authorized Harley-Davidson® Retail store. There are about one million H.O.G.® members around the world who are part of chapters spanning over 100 countries from North America, to Europe and Asia.
