Green Square Townhomes Are Cause For Celebration


Kelowna, BC, Monday July 21, 2014: On Saturday, July 26, Fortune Marketing will fete the near- completion of Phase 2 of the Green Square development with a Richtfest Block Party. Construction of the first 20 units will be completed by November 2014, many of which have already been sold. Each 3-bedroom townhouse features contemporary styling and award-winning design. Residents can customize their living space with three floor plans and three color palettes to choose from.
The brainchild of Kelowna-based Troika Developments, Green Square has been developed with an environmentally-friendly focus from the water-permeable concrete to the wealth of green space. Saturday’s Block Party event will commence with Richtfest, a concept introduced by Corwest Builders who will manage the construction of Green Square. The public is invited to stop by Green Square from 12-4 for hot dogs, refreshments, children’s activities and a tour through the Phase 2 units.
