MMIWG 2022 Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society Drum Walk

The Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society will be hosting their annual MMIWG Event on May 5th, 2022 starting at 4pm. A Drum walk to honor the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls will start from 442 Leon Avenue to 1355 Water Street and will be assisted by the Kelowna RCMP for traffic control. Kelowna City Council have been invited to the event, and may speak at an open mike at KFS to bring further awareness in the Spirit of Truth and Reconciliation.
Supper will be served at KFS (442 Leon) after the Walk.
