Tara, Lou and family, I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I adored your Mom, she was a feisty, funny, eloquent and spirited lady. She made us all laugh with her funny stories and quick comments. I loved the way her blue eyes sparkled and how she made you feel good around her. My Mom misses her so much~ they had a wonderful sisterhood friendship; and naming them Thelma and Louise couldn't be more fitting. RIP sweet Carolyn.

Holly and I are so sorry for your loss. Your mom was such a character we all enjoyed. She was the Gatekeeper here at Gallaghers for so many years and it was always fun to try to get her to bend the rules because you just knew it was never going to happen anyway! Fly away pain free with the butterflies Carolyn...you will be missed.

Dear Tara and Lou and family, so sorry that you mom lost her battle against this most insidious disease, she put up a fierce fight. I have good memories of your mom, the best is playing bridge with her. She was a close friend to my mom whom hosted a weekly bridge game and occasionally I was asked to spare. She will be sorely missed by many.

To Carolyn's Family: I was very fortunate to have known and worked with Carolyn at Gallagher's Canyon Activities Centre. I grew to love her. I would say that she was THE rolodex for the community, her mind containing any pertinent resident information that might be needed. While many tried to convert her to use electronic methods for maintaining this information, her determined way of using and updating the old fashioned rolodex and paper notes proved to be just as effective, and sometimes better. She was the gate keeper and kept everyone in line, lovingly. I am so saddened that she has passed and know how much she will be missed by all of us. My thoughts are with each of you.
