WATTERS: Elizabeth (Bette) passed away Thursday, March 31st, 2011 in Kelowna. Bette is survived by husband Bill ; son John (Sondra) ; daughter Penny; grandchildren Josh, Darby (Lysette), Cathryn (Eli) and great grandchildren Zoë and Téa. No service will be held. Bette will be laid to rest at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice.
