Peter was a joy to be around and always brought positive energy to a room. I knew him only fleetingly, but admired him very much. My condolences to his family. Sorry I was out of town for the memorial.

Peter had a generous spirit which I witnessed on many occasions. I enjoyed playing recorder with his piano accompaniment at and Winfield United Church, in nursing homes when June and my parents resided there, and in his home on my visits to Kelowna. I was able to visit him when he volunteered his time as audiologist in Oaxaca, Mexico and I saw how much his dedication was appreciated there. I also saw how Peter was a patron of the arts, befriending artists in Mexico and India and creating an outlet for their work through his work with the Kelowna Art Walk. He was a gracious host to family and friends and his love for his family shone in his conversations about all - June, Mark, Mandy, grandchildren, Ellen and family. I will miss his enthusiasm and his friendship but I will treasure having shared part of his life's journey. Sincerely, Paul Nederveen (Medicine Hat)

I enjoyed Peter's company and listening to his musical talent over the years through his connection to the Kelowna Unitarians. He will be missed.

Sounds like Peter enjoyed all life had to offer and impacted many people lives.

I know he would of taken comfort in having his daughter beside him down under. Our condolences to Mandy and her family. Love Maddy and Steph.

Very nice summary of your Dad's life Mandy. Sounds like he led a full life and passed away knowing a lot of people admired him for his courage. I am sure you will miss him. Our sympathies to the Corbach family.
