I'm sorry it's a late reply but I loved my grandpa Ken. I'm sorry to all the family that has to feel the pain of his loss, I still miss him a lot, I also miss my mom his daughter Heather Doris Turner, she passed away Dec 12 2014. I miss going camping with grandpa and seeing him smile from ear to ear when he caught a fish bigger then my dad. I miss running around in my diaper carrying a box of corn pops, his house at that time was huge, missing the okanagon Kelowna, was amazing and sadly lost an amazing person, love u grandpa Ken, lots of love, your grand daughter Holly.

It has been many years since I've seen you all. I am so very sorry to hear of your family's great loss. I'm sure you are missing him terribly. He was a genuinely great, good-hearted guy.

It sounds like Ken lived life to the fullest until the end. I miss the days when he would come and "harass" us at the print shop. I thought of him often over the years.

He will live forever in our thoughts. We were all very lucky to know him.

    Sincerely, Donna Szelest

My Uncle Ken, where do I begin? I loved you with all of my being. You were always there for "your Suzi" one of my very favorite Uncles, you always brought a smile to my face. I'll never forget our special time in Edmonton with your fancy cane, and taking me shopping, or the time you bought Rusty and Blacky one for you one for us. Always in my heart.

    Love your niece, Susan

Uncle Ken you always tricked me when I was young, making me think you were my dad. You loved life, fishing, your family, camping, golfing, you just loved having a good time. You will be missed.

Condolences to all the family, we feel your pain.

    Love always,

    Lynn and Bruno

We were a long time customer of Ken's. He always had a smile and a good story to tell! I was lucky enough to even have him take me to a couple his favorite fishing lakes. My condolences to the family, he was a great man.

I was Ken's care aid and friend, Ken was one of the reasons I wanted to work at the home. I truly do miss seeing him and listening to his stories. I'm so sorry for your loss and I'm so happy I got to be a part of his life. Tania.
