THOMPSON, Elaine - Lost her fight with cancer and passed away with her family by her bedside on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the age of 69 and has gone to be with her son Dale who preceded her in August of 2007.
Survived by loving husband Walter; sons: Rod (April) Johnson of Kelowna, Dean (Amrit) Johnson of Winfield, daughters LeaAnne Webster of Victoria, Brenda Lynn (Ryan) Cumberland of Fairview AB; grandchildren: Neil (Vikki) Webster of Winfield, Amber (Jeff) McDonald of Puyallup, WA, Christopher Maenchen of Fairview, Jennifer (Travis) Scott of Fairview; six grandchildren: Stacey Jensen, Shauna Jensen, Gavin Johnson, Ashley Jensen, Kirsten Johnson, Bud Johnson; great grandchildren: Kayden Jensen, Nelson Webster, Liam Scott, Calvin and Eilidh McDonald.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. Cremation. Interment at a later date.
