TAYLOR, Lillian Gladys (nee Jasper)
March 14, 1925 - June 7, 2011

Lil passed away peacefully in the early morning in the presence of her son and granddaughter. She will be deeply missed by her children Gary (Maureen) and Donna (Bobby), grandchildren Kathryn and Ryan, sister Eleanor and brothers Bill and Don. She is predeceased by her loving husband Gordie, twin siblings Gerald and Geraldine, and parents Patrick and Margaret.

Lil's participation in the Canadian Women's Auxiliary Corps was a source of lifelong pride. She worked for many years with the Surrey School Board. Lil celebrated life and will be fondly remembered.

Special thanks for care both recent and throughout the years to Dr. Brian Warrender and the Guisachan Family Medicine, staff at the Cancer Centre for the Southern Interior, Kelowna General Hospital 4B and emergency departments, and Central Okanagan Hospice- Palliative Care team.

Lil will be laid to rest beside Gordie on June 15 at 2:00 pm in Valley Memorial Gardens 14644- 72nd Avenue, Surrey, B.C. with a celebration of life to follow.

• I was sad to see that Lil passed away. She was a great friend for my mom when she was on LanFranco - I think the two acted like sisters at times when they would tease each other! She will be missed by all who knew her.
