TAYLOR, Dorothy Edith

Dorothy Edith Taylor passed away at Three Links Manor, Kelowna on December 10, 2009.

She was the eldest daughter born on August 8, 1918 to George and Doris McDougall, an early pioneer family of the Oliver area. She was predeceased by her husband Walter C. Taylor in 1969, Ray Weatherbee and Scott Taylor. Surviving Dorothy are her son Walter G. Taylor (Vera) and his daughter Sandy Schmidt and great grandchildren Nicholas and Carter all of Chilliwack, BC, her daughter Sharon (George) Ryder and their sons Troy (Martine and Kiana) and Trevor (Tasha) and great grandchildren Gavin and Lauryn all of Kelowna, BC. She also leaves her 2 brothers George and Frank McDougall of Oliver and her sister Jean Wickman of Kelowna and several nieces and nephews.

Dorothy has been cremated and will join her mother in the Oliver Cemetery in early spring. No funeral at Dorothy
