TANCHAK, Elena

Elena Tanchak turned 91 at Vernon Hospice House on Monday, September 26, 2011. Early that same morning she passed quietly and peacefully in her sleep.

Elena left strict instructions about her passing. There will be:

No service.
No newspaper notices.
No flowers or donations in lieu thereof.

Elena will be cremated and her urn will be returned to 693 Mallory Road in Enderby where she resided the last two years of her life. Those who are in the area at any time and wish to stop by to talk to and about her are welcome to visit. (Call Al at 1-866-676-6670 to ensure we are around or to reserve the Guest House).

Elena did not specifically forbid this electronic forum and you are welcome to share comments and stories here if you wish to do so.
