SMITH, Leslie - Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 5, 2008 at the age of 90.

He is survived by is loving wife Josephine of 68 years; two daughters: JoAnn Brooks (Terry) of Ontario, Nancy Conley of Kelowna; son David of Vancouver; two grandchildren: Matthew Conley of Calgary, Marc Conley of Kelowna and one sister Gladys Collard (Buddy) of Montreal.

Leslie was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather who spent his career in management at Canadair, manufacturing aircraft. He was an avid sportsman and fan and also a wonderful dancer. He will be dearly missed by his family.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, May 11th from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, May 12th at 10:00 a.m. at the Springfield Funeral Home Family Center.

A gift in living memory of Leslie will be made to “Hospice Care” by Springfield Funeral Home.
