Went to be with the Lord on September 24, 2014 surrounded by family and friends. Survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Colleen and their twelve children: Joshua (Rachelle), Benjamin (Tiffany), Chericce (Arlo) Schultz, Anita, Luke, Chavonne, Josiah, Ethan, DeAtra, Jared, Daniel and Melia; five grandsons; four brothers and two sisters. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Martha. Stephen will be remembered for his strong and solid faith as he courageously battled his illness this last year; leaving his family and friends many encouraging and lasting memories. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st at 10:00 am at Kelowna Christian Center, 905 Badke Road, Kelowna, BC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made for the Shonwise children's education fund, to: Heritage Christian School, 907 Badke Road, Kelowna, BC V1X5Z5.
