Richard Allen Shields age 65 passed away at Vernon Jubilee Hospital in Vernon B.C. May 15, 2018 after a short battle with cancer with his loving wife Carolyn by his side. He was born November 16, 1952 to Harvey and Beverly Shields in Eugene Oregon.

Richard is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughter Kathy Shields, son Richard Jr Shields, daughter Tiffany Peevyhouse, son Joshua Wilson, grandchildren Westley, Jayce, Katie, Elijah, Aidan, Annie, Emma, Evan , Keegan , Eli . Sisters Nancy Lock ( Terry ), Barbara Seymour (Gene), Pamela Martin (Ray), brothers Donald Shields, (Cuiping Hao), Harvey Jr Shields, (Katherine). Mother Beverly Shields, stepfather Alvin Shields, many nieces and nephews. Richard was predeceased by his father Harvey Milton Shields, brother Michael Milton Shields, Trai Shields.

A Celebration of Life for Richard Allen Shields will be held
Saturday May 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm at 1060 Kelly Road Kelowna.

  I'm so sorry to hear of Rick;s passing. I met Rick when I first moved to Kelowna at the Kalano Club.
