SARMIENTO, Andrew (Andy)

Andrew (Andy) Sarmiento aged 74 of Kelowna, BC passed away with family by his side on May 14, 2017.

Andy (Chooch) moved to Kelowna in the 80s where he enjoyed a career in construction and was a "jack of all trades". Andy loved to play golf and shared with Mary his love of fishing. McCullough Lake will always be a special place to remember Andy.

Andy is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Mary (Komikiewicz), son Michael, daughter Kelly (Jason), granddaughters Tania, Lorisa, Sheena and great granddaughter Ivory, sister Patricia (Tom), brother Lorne (Jacklyn) and a large extended family. Andy was preceded by his mother Sophie.

There will be a celebration of Andy

So sorry for your loss. I used to serve Andy for many years at the Stetson. He was always smiling and had a joke to tell us. He will be dearly missed. He was a great man. Rest in peace. Connie Fox.
