SALAK, Jaroslav (Jerry) - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jaroslav "Jerry" Salak on October 18, 2011 in Kamloops, BC at 65 years of age.

Through God's Forgiveness and our prayers we will meet in Heaven again.

Jerry leaves behind to mourn his loss his mother Maria of Edmonton, AB, his bother Jim (Chellan) Salak of Armstrong, BC, his sister Jane (Emil) Homolka of Edmonton, AB and many extended family members and friends.

Jerry was born to Emil and Maria in Czechoslovakia. He lived most of his life in Edmonton, AB, although he enjoyed most living in the Armstrong community for the last four years.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Chapel of Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Services (2980 Smith Drive, Armstrong, BC).
