    To Diane and family,

I share your grief on the passing of Phil. We interacted with each other from the time Phil joined BMID as the administrator. He was a wonderful man in every respect and you will recall I called you guys to invite him to my retirement gathering in July 2009.

    Regards

    Stan Gunderson
