RICHARDSON, Diane

RICHARDSON, Diane Lynn (nee Hackman) - Passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord on September 6, 2008 at the age of 41 with her husband Doug by her side.

Also lovingly remembering her are her daughter Shyla (Andrew) Rood of Winfield, her sister Kim (Richard) Issel of Kelowna, her brother Doug (Jana) Hackman of Calgary, mother-in-law Anne Armstrong of Winfield, brother-in-law Ed (Deb) Richardson of Kelowna, sister-in-law Jen Burris of Fruitvale, step-brother and sister Warren and Carla Hackman, the man she call Dad, Willy Hackman of Calgary, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She will be graciously welcomed into heaven by her mother Carolyn, twin sister Sherry Ann, brother Robert, sister Nadine, grandparents and father-in-law.

She will be missed dearly but we take comfort in knowing she is in a better place.

Her family would like to thank the nursing staff at KGH, The Douglas Fir Unit in Cottonwoods and the Hospice volunteers for their warm compassion and exceptional care Diane received during her journey.

A Memorial Service in her honour will be held on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
