READMAN, Frances Hazel
December 11, 1920 - February 26, 2011

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frances. We know that she is happily reunited with her husband of 64 years, Floyd, who passed away a mere 56 days earlier.

Born in Saskatchewan, Frances came west by horse and wagon as a young girl. Frances settled in Cecil Lake, BC where she met and married Floyd in 1946. After raising their family of three boys, Floyd and Frances moved to the Okanagan area where they spent their retirement years.

She is survived by her three sons, Lorne (Elizabeth), Floyd (Marlene), Brian (Lauren); her 7 grandchildren and her 16 great-grandchildren. We will all miss Frances greatly.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Hanson’s Arbor Westwood Funeral Chapel, 2541 Churchill Road, West Kelowna, BC.
