Obituaries

Luba Popoff passed away peacefully on May 15, 2017 at her home at the age of 65. Luba is survived by 3 siblings and their families: sister Nettie (Paul) Makortoff of Grand Forks, brother Peter Popoff of Vernon, brother Bill Popoff of Grand Forks, nieces and nephews and their families; Bob, Andrea, Tasha, Marcia, Patti, Laureen and Carolyn, special friend Jackie, whom she went all over with. She is predeceased by her parents, Peter and Mabel Popoff, 2 brothers Mike and Lonnie, her twin brother and special long time boyfriend, Jim.

Luba enjoyed shopping, decorating with lights for Christmas and shared a very tight bond with her cat "Muffy".

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday June 2, 2017 at Everden Rust Funeral Services, 1910 Windsor Road.

In lieu of flowers donations may be directed in Luba
