PARKS, Raymond Merle
June 21, 1927 – July 29, 2011

Ray Parks died peacefully at Lake Country Lodge in Winfield, BC. He is survived by his loving family: wife of 63 years Gwen; son Larry (Gerry); daughter Wendy (Clark) Jennings; granddaughter Shawna Parks Cunha (Terry); great grandchild Gabriella; grandsons: Bob Parks, Darren Jennings, Maclean (Lindsay) Jennings; brother Earl (May) Parks; sister Dorothy Bye and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family wish to express their appreciation to the staff at Lake Country Manor and all the wonderful care givers from Interior Health for all the care they provided for Ray and the support for Gwen.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, in Kelowna, BC on Friday August 5th, 2011 at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, friends who so wish can make memorial donations directly to the St. Francis Anglican Church, 10162 Newene Road, Lake Country, BC V4V 1V2
