ORAM, Karen-Jean

In Loving memory of Karen-Jean Oram, of Kelowna British Columbia, who passed away on March 4th 2018 at her home at the age of 70 years.

Karen was born in Benito Manitoba in 1947 to Haakon and Helen Eriksrud. She was the youngest of three sisters.

Karen always lit up the room with her cheer and beauty. She had a talent for making people feel welcome. Karen spent her life taking great care of her family, friends and others. She spent a lifetime making people happy as her selfless nature could do nothing less. She had an infectious smile and a huge heart. She made everyone feel as if they could approach her and be her friend. Karen loved Jesus and was comforted by his embrace on her. Karen loved fashion and trends, romance stories and travel. She was highly skilled in beauty and cosmetics and she often shared her knowledge to the ladies who surrounded her. She loved her family and friends so very much.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Michael of 44 years, her sons Chris, Kyle and Kelly, her daughter in laws Jennifer, Sheri and Lindsay and her grand children Alec, Sam, Alexis, Hunter, Alex and Veronica.
