Gerald Eric Nielsen went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the age of 52. Survived by his wife Melonie, daughters, Allie Nielsen, Rebecca Jollimore, sons Chris (Natalie) Nielsen, Roger Nielsen, Devon Cleaver, granddaughter Averyl Jollimore, brother Ken (Heather) Nielsen, mother Rita Nielsen and nieces Tiffany and Melody Nielsen. Sadly predeceased by his father Lawrence “Bud” Nielsen. Gerry will be missed.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Evangel Church, 3261 Gordon Road, Kelowna, BC with Pastor Don Richmond officiating. Reception to follow the service.
