Passed away on April 12, 2018. Survived by his loving family: daughters: Karen Mitchell (Kirk), Randi Maygard (Kim); 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; as well as a sister-in-law, Doreen Melsness. Predeceased by his wife Astrid in 2013. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 10:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church, 1162 Hudson Road, West Kelowna, BC, with Pastor Ed Skutshek officiating.   Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to all of you. Pastor Melsness was our first Pastor at Faith. He officiated at both of our daughters' weddings. He was a good, gentle man. May he rest in peace in God's Heavenly Kingdom.
