  To the family of Nolan. I did not know your son but was there the night he was brought into the E.R. We were in the room next to him and I wanted to share these words with you in the hopes it gives you some comfort.
  
  From the moment the call came in all staff rushed to be prepared to care for your dear Nolan- from the ambulance attendants who were working so hard on him to the doctors and nurses who stood in anticipation of his arrival. As soon as the doors swung open they were doing all they could with great care and concern for him.
  
  I sat and prayed for you as they tried to do all they could. It was such a sobering time for all the medical people involved and I must say you could see the pain they felt for him and for you.
  
  There are no words of comfort but wanted you to know how hard they worked for Nolan and that there were many thinking of you his family.
  
  To this day I continue to pray for you.
