MANSFIELD, Solange

Our hearts break to announce the peaceful passing of Solange Rosa Mansfield, after a long and courageous battle on May 24, 2017 at Mountainview Residence in Kelowna, BC, surrounded by her loving husband Barry and her twins Keith and Lara. She was greatly loved by her friends and family and will be deeply missed by her sisters, Monique, Marielle and Gervaise, as well as her brother Camille. She is now reunited with her parents Bernadette and Adelard as well as her sisters Diane, Marcelle and her brother Patrice. A memorial service will be held in Chateauguay, Quebec. In lieu of flowers, donations to Kelowna General Hospital, Mountainview Society or the Alzheimer

It is with my deepest regret to see Solange in this column. Barry I want to give you my sincere condolences. We sometimes question God in these circumstances. Solange was a beautiful spirit the moment I met you both and I had the pleasure of knowing and serving you both. I pray that God would give you an understanding and peace in your heart to know that she is in a good place and the time that you both shared your lives together was a blessing. She will be with you forever in spirit. May God guide you and keep you under his wing knowing that your life was rich knowing and being with her. Do not suffer..Know that she is with you every step of your life.
