We can't believe he is gone. He said he would leave and he did. We are very thankful for the Fresh start he gave us in 2014. And the help and introductions throughout my career. We will miss him and his retirements. His ropes and his nots.

    Thank you Carol Ann.

    Carol Ann:

From your entire Phantom Screens family, our thoughts and prayers go out to you. Jerry will NEVER be forgotten! A one of a kind as everyone before me has said.

I'm in Orlando with the Phantom crew right and will let the oldies of the group know. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

The world lost a character. I lost my favourite motorcycle partner. Heaven gained a livelier atmosphere.

It was so sad to hear of Jerry's passing - I will always remember him from our Keremeos high school days - so much fun and so much respect from the car geeks and everybody else. Jerry was an inspiration in living every day to the max. His unbridled enthusiasm was infectious. We will always remember Halloween in Lahaina when Jerry and Carol Ann's costumes put them on the front page of the paper. Maui won't be quite the same.

My friend Jerry...they say you only live once but if you do it right...once is enough! You certainly DID seize all the days and I am inspired by your spirit, your smile and your care for everyone. You always found an "off the beaten trail" and usually an "off beat" personality to go with the adventure! You and Carol Ann re-invented the word FUN! I know you have touched so many people on your journey and I will never be the same for having known you. I will strive for a full life like yours Jerry- my hero!

Your passing is surreal and way too soon. You will always be remembered for your kind and generous heart, for doing everything full speed and giving 100% of yourself. Your boundless energy for doing the things you loved was unparalleled. I remember your dare devil water skiing, speed golf and race car driving sometimes all in the same day! Your love of life was infectious which meant you were always surrounded by good friends that became life long friends. Your loyalty and devotion to family was something that defined you - and all these things made you very special. You will be missed by everyone whose life you touched.

I guess our April "ice-off" fly-fishing trip at Glimpse is going to have to wait a while. Keep practicing your casting and don't forget that the presentation is EVERYTHING!!

Make sure you don't fudge on the win/loss column in that score sheet you keep for cribbage! We will miss your joie-de-vivre, sense of humour and optimism but your fighting spirit will live on and and continue to be an inspiration for us all. Thinking of you...
