LOEWEN, Margaret Emma (Nichol) was born in Winnipeg on Mar13, 1925. She passed away surrounded by her loving family on Nov 15, 2011 in Abbotsford, husband George, children Janet Romanuk (Fred), Bryan (Rosa), Judi Borlase (Dan), Greg (Kandace). Grandchildren Tamara & Tanya Romanuk, Maggie & Dave Loewen, Tovey (Rob Demman) & Josh Borlase, Connor & MacKenzie Loewen. Great grand children Zev, Ava & Vance Demman, Brock & Carter Lefave. Siblings Erna Daum, Elmer Nichol (Lee), Dorothy Beattie (Fred) and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Violet.

Our Mom was a vivacious, curious, classy woman with the gift of hospitality. She volunteered for many community and church organizations in Steinbach, Penticton and Abbotsford. December 1st we would have celebrated their 66th Wedding Anniversary. Mom left us a legacy that we are so proud of, the gift of how to love, how to be loved and how to give love.

Funeral service was held Nov 22 at Sevenoaks Alliance Church Abbotsford.
