LITTLECHILD, Muriel May - Passed away on April 7, 2011 at Kelowna General Hospital due to a lengthy illness. She was born on July 26, 1943 in McBride, British Columbia.

She is survived by Ron Edwards, her loving children Robert Littlechild, Gary Edwards, David (Misty Ray) Edwards, and her daughter Tammy Edwards (Rick). Her grandchildren James Edwards, Keith Edwards (Asia), Danielle and Devon Christensen, and her great granddaughter Michaela Edwards.

Maintaining her independence right up until her hospitalization, she could be seen commuting in and around Kelowna or at a nearby coffee shop. Residing in Rutland she enjoyed a good action movie, country music, idolizing Elvis Presley or visiting her grandchildren. The hurdles life set before you were overcome through kindness, generosity, and your natural awareness of how to make us feel special. You always knew just what to say and when to listen, and your smile was easily given. When it was unconditional love we needed, you were there. Thank you for being our mother, grandmother and friend, you will be missed and remembered always.
