We are very sad to hear of Howard's passing. We live down the street and met him while walking our dog, he would be walking his - often near the memorial bench for his wife - Janice. He always had a smile and a treat for our pup which endeared me to him right away. He was a lovely man with a glowing smile - he will be missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

It was a sad day for us when we heard about Howard's grave condition and then his passing. We knew both Janice and Howard for several years and were blessed for that. Howard always had a sense of humor and a good story to tell. We bought several of his Adirondack chairs over the years and admired his craftsmanship.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his daughters and their families.
