KUZYK, Mike - Passed away on January 6, 2012 at the age of 82.

Survived by his loving wife Olga Kuzyk, daughters Catherine (David) Czajkowski of Edmonton, AB, Maria (Ron) Salt of Calgary, AB, son Peter (Shelly) Kuzyk of Lloydminster, AB, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, brother Stanley (Carole) Kuzyk of Ardrossan, AB. Sadly predeceased by brother Walter Kuzyk (Maria), two sisters Helen and Olga from the Ukraine. Forever in our hearts. All our love, your family.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in Lloydminster, AB arrangements through McCaw Funeral Home of Lloydminster.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to BC Alzheimer Society, 865 Bernard Ave., Kelowna, BC V1Y 6P6.
