He and Ella enjoyed camping and would be out in their travel trailer at every opportunity with friends and family, often taking along their grandchildren as well. George also enjoyed sports, especially baseball and hockey. George played baseball for several years and he was an avid hockey fan. The family wishes to thank the staff at Hawthorne Park and Orchard Manor, Dr. Williams, and the staff in Emergency, 4W and 4E at KGH. He loved well and was well loved. Ella, Kelly and Collette,

Sorry for your loss of husband and father. I remember your dad as a kind, quiet man. Collette, I remember a weekend I travelled with you and your parents to Vancouver. It was a great time and my first (and last experience) with eggs sunny-side up. They do still sound good though, lol!

Your neighbour from Patterson Ave. and classmate at Raymer Elementary.
